Pretty nice condition. This building was stored and may shows signs of age. May needs repairs. May have visible glue residue. May have custom paint in some areas. Would be a great project! May be missing parts. Some parts may seem loose, if so they will need to be repaired to be attached properly. Has wires but lighting not tested. Some paint wear/scratches/scuffs. Might require some light cleaning.
