How Often Do You Ship?

  • We typically ship 3 days per week. Our shipping days are listed on our homepage and may change every week.

  • If you order on a Friday, your order will be fulfilled the following Monday (Unless it is a Postal Holiday, then it will be dropped off at the Post Office the following Tuesday)

  • Please keep in mind that we’re a small two-person operation. With the volume of orders we handle, orders may take 3–5 days to ship (although we usually ship faster). We understand larger companies ship faster, but we take pride in personally handling every package with care. 
  • Postal Holidays and Peak Season (November - February) shipping will vary depending on how busy we are and when the Post Office is closed.

Please note: We may switch your shipment to a different carrier when it helps ensure safer delivery or more accurate pricing. Sometimes the rate calculator can be off, and another carrier may provide the service at a better rate.

What Does Shipping Cost?

  • Our online shop calculates the exact shipping cost based on shipping rates.

  • We also factor in the cost of our shipping supplies, which makes sure your item(s) arrives safely.

  • We do not offer Free Shipping at this time.

UPS Shipping Policy

We want to provide some transparency about how our UPS shipping works, as delivery times can vary depending on the day your order is placed.

Because we’re located in a rural area without a local UPS drop-off, all UPS packages must be scheduled for pickup. UPS does not offer same-day appointments or weekend pickups in our area, which slightly limits our available shipping days.

We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but please note that this doesn’t always mean your UPS shipment will go out the same day it’s fulfilled. UPS pickups must be scheduled one business day in advance.

For example:

  • If we fulfill your order on Monday, it will likely be picked up on Tuesday.

  • Since we do not ship on Thursdays, any order placed on Wednesday will be fulfilled on Friday.

  • Because UPS does not offer weekend pickups, Friday fulfillments are usually picked up the following Monday.

Please keep this schedule in mind when selecting UPS at checkout.

Do You Offer International Shipping?

  • Yes, to most places. Our online shop calculates International Shipping. Just add the items to your cart and put in your address and it will calculate it for you.

What Are Your shipping policies?

  • Our carriers do not guarantee that shipments will arrive on time.

  • Pennsylvania residents add 6% sales tax.

  • When insurance is requested, we insure all shipments for the actual cost. There may be additional cost.

  • You will receive your tracking number via e-mail.

What If My Item is Lost or Missing?

  • If you order says "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, there are a few things you need to do:
    • Look at all possible locations that your package could have been left. All entrances, mail boxes and post office boxes. 
    • Check with your neighbors. Often, packages are left at a neighbors house by mistake.
    • Go to your local post office and give them your tracking number (If shipped via USPS). They can typically GPS track packages and find out where the package was delivered to.
    • If all else fails, file a claim with USPS or UPS. USPS packages are automatically insured up to $100. If you have a high value order and you added additional insurance, then you can file for the amount you added. If you used PayPal to pay, you can also file a claim through them. 
    • We, unfortunately, cannot refund for any orders that the tracking shows were Delivered. 
  • If an item is truly lost, and shows it in the tracking, after 30 days, we will open a case and more often than not, send the buyer a refund. If it says "delivered", in most cases we will not send you a refund and you will need to contact USPS.

Do Your Orders Require a Signature For Delivery?

  • Please use our "Add Signature Required" item to your cart to add this to your order. There is an additional charge.

What About Peak Times?

  • Peak Season is typically November - February.
  • We do our very best to ensure timely deliveries for all.

  • Our carries do not guarantee that shipments will arrive on time.

  • Please order early and before any cut-off dates.
