Can you make a special order for me?

  • Yes, I make orders weekly from various manufacturers & warehouses. Please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Do you offer bulk deals?

  • It never hurts to ask! I try to help take your model railroad to the next level, without breaking the bank!

Can I pickup my order at your shop?

  • We have local pick-up opened at our warehouse. You must email to schedule a pick-up to make sure a staff member is here to give you your order.

  • If you do not communicate with us before arriving, we cannot guarantee someone will be at the warehouse to help you.

Can You combine, hold, or modify my order(s)?

  • We would be happy to help.

  • We typically will combine orders automatically and refund any shipping overcharge.

  • For anything else, please contact us before we ship!
