**What is our "Collection Video Preview"?**

Our collection preview videos are sent exclusively to our email newsletter subscribers. The purpose of these videos is to move items quickly. The listing process for our website is slower, so this allows us to get items to you faster. Please note, we have many viewers who respond quickly (which we appreciate). However, the preview phase lasts only about 2 days. If you wait a few days to view the video, you will likely miss the preview phase, and the items will start becoming available on our website for public sale daily. The preview phase operates on a first-come, first-served basis. If multiple people inquire about a specific item, the first person to email us will have first dibs. If that person declines, the next person will have the opportunity, and so on.

**Here is how the "Collection Video Preview" works:**

1. We send out an email containing a "Collection Video Preview" that is viewable only by our email newsletter subscribers.
2. This video showcases our upcoming collection and serves as a "first look" for our subscribers and a "sorting" process for us. Watch the video to see what is included in the collection.
3. As you watch the video, make note of any items you are interested in for "early bird" access. You may also write down the time stamps of the video to help us locate the products more easily.
4. Email us your list of items you are interested in, along with any questions about pricing or additional information.
5. We will respond with the prices and any other details you requested.
6. You then reply to confirm whether you want to purchase the items.
7. We will send you an invoice.
8. Once you pay for the items, we will ship them to you.

Once the preview phase is over (as mentioned above, this lasts about 2 days unless otherwise mentioned), items go on our website to the general public, the video goes live on YouTube for the general public to view.

This process is quite fast, and we typically do not hold items for customers (unless you are a long-time customer in good standing). As mentioned, the preview phase is designed to expedite the process and help us sort the collection. We do not provide a list of items and prices from the video in advance. You will need to watch the video and email us with your interest.
