What is a Backorder?

  • A backorder could mean a few things:

    • Items past the Pre Order date.

    • Items that are in-stock at the manufacturer’s warehouse.

    • Items we have on order.

When do I pay?

  • Each item is detailed. Some items need to be payed for in advance, but typically we will send you an invoice when the item is ready to ship.

  • When your item is ready to ship, you can combine backordered items with In-Stock items to qualify for free shipping.

  • Although it’s rare, if a manufacturer increases our cost, we reserve the right to increase your cost as well. In this case, there would be no penalty for cancelling.

Can I cancel my Backorder?

  • Certainly, we understand that life happens.

  • Please keep in mind, we have the right to refuse future Backorders & Pre Orders if cancelling is a habit.

Is my item guaranteed to arrive?

  • In most cases you will receive your item, but sometimes, it is uncertain until the products ship to us.

  • We will keep you informed along the way.

  • The best practice is to order ASAP! Some manufacturers have “set numbers” before they announce products. When they sell out, they are gone.

  • Sometimes products get cancelled by the manufacturer before they can be created.
