What is a Backorder?

A backorder could mean a few things:

Items past the Pre Order date.

Items that are in-stock at the manufacturer’s warehouse.

Items we have on order.

When do I pay?

Each item is detailed. Some items need to be payed for in advance, but typically we will send you an invoice when the item is ready to ship.

When your item is ready to ship, you can combine backordered items with In-Stock items to qualify for free shipping.

Although it’s rare, if a manufacturer increases our cost, we reserve the right to increase your cost as well. In this case, there would be no penalty for cancelling.

Can I cancel my Backorder?

Certainly, we understand that life happens.

Please keep in mind, we have the right to refuse future Backorders & Pre Orders if cancelling is a habit.
Is my item guaranteed to arrive?

In most cases you will receive your item, but sometimes, it is uncertain until the products ship to us.

We will keep you informed along the way.

The best practice is to order ASAP! Some manufacturers have “set numbers” before they announce products. When they sell out, they are gone.

Sometimes products get cancelled by the manufacturer before they can be created.
