What is a Pre Order?

• These items have not been released or created yet.

When do I pay?

• We will send you an invoice for the remaining balance when the item is ready to ship.

• Although it’s rare, if a manufacturer increases our cost, we reserve the right to increase your cost as well. In this case, there would be no penalty for cancelling.

How long will it take?

• Delays can happen when it comes to model trains.

• Most products arrive in a timely matter, but sometimes it can take an extra year!

Can I cancel my Pre Order?

• Certainly, we understand that life happens.

• Any Pre-Orders that have partial or full payments will not be refunded if cancelled. 
  
  

• Please keep in mind, we have the right to refuse future Backorders & Pre Orders if cancelling is a habit.

Is my item guaranteed to arrive?

• Pre Order by the listed date to avoid missing out.

• It depends on the manufacturer. We try to simplify all the lingo, so you know what to expect.

• Pre Orders that are due by ASAP, mean that they are First Come, First Serve.

• Some manufacturers have “set numbers” before they announce products. When they sell out, they are gone.

• We try to communicate everything that we know about Pre Orders.

• Sometimes products get cancelled by the manufacturer before they can be created.

• If your Pre-Order was cancelled by the manufacturer & you made a full or partial payment, you will receive a refund.
