We work directly with many model train manufacturers, and we can special-order items we don’t currently have in stock. If you're looking for a product we don’t carry—or want to place a Pre-Order for an upcoming release—we can help!
In addition to our direct partnerships, we also order through several distributors, giving us access to thousands of brands and products across the model railroading industry.

Please Note:
If you are a new customer, Pre-Orders and special-order items must be paid in full before we place your order.
If you would like us to order in a product that we do not currently carry, it must also be paid in full upfront.
Shipping will be billed separately once the item arrives.

Special Orders & Pre-Orders
• If you are a new customer, payment in full is required for any Pre-Order or special-order item before we place the order.
• If you are a new customer and you cancel your Pre-Order, a 40% restocking fee applies.
You will receive a refund of 60% of your original payment.
• We do not have control over any potential delays from manufacturers or distributors. Release dates and arrival times are subject to change.
• If a manufacturer increases their price after you place a Pre-Order, we reserve the right to adjust our price accordingly.
• If you have a recurring history of canceling orders or Pre-Orders, we may refuse future orders at our discretion.
• If your Pre-Order is canceled by the manufacturer and you have made a full or partial payment, you will receive a refund.
