RETURNS

Repair Services

  • We don't offer repairs at this time.

  • If any problems arise with your ordered products, the best course of action is to consult the manufacturer.

Returns

  • No International Returns
  • We do not accept returns on "USED" / "Pre-Owned" items. 
  • NEW Items: The buyer has 30 days, from the date of purchase, to return or exchange any item(s). We have the right to refuse returns. All are on a case by case basis. If there is damage to an item, contact the manufacturer before contacting us, as they usually have a warranty.

  • We will give you store credit for returns that are unable to be exchanged.

  • Returned items may be subject to a 15% service fee.
  • You may return certain products to the manufacturer. (Contact the manufacturer before contacting us.)

  • Our staff needs to approve all returns and exchanges.

  • We do not except returns or exchanges that were sold via our "COLLECTION PREVIEW" program or email orders.

  • We will only provide return labels if there was a damage to the item. The buyer must pay for return shipping if they are simply "unhappy" with the product or if they bought they wrong item.

  • Returned products must be received in the same condition with all instructions and manuals included. Altered items will not be accepted.

  • Please return products in a shipping box.

  • All returned items must be verified by our staff before a credit can be issued.

  • If you send a return and the item comes back damaged, we will not be able to offer your credit back. We will simply send back your item. (You will be emailed about this).

Damages

  • We take every precaution to ensure a safe delivery. However, in the event of items damaged from shipping, please contact us and retain the damaged shipping box and all contents. Please take photos of the damages and also the box/package it was shipped in.

  • Upon submission, processing and receiving the reimbursement for the claim, we will credit you for the damaged product(s).
