Description

This locomotive has issues on the track. When noticed that one truck/wheel didn't want to sit on the track, but the front wheels on high speed go very fast. It seems like it would be a good runner if is wasn't for the back truck. Some work will need to be done. The lights work. Box with insert included. May have paint wear/scratches/scuffs. Might require some light cleaning.
