Tested and runs but it has some hesitation. Cleaning/maintenance will be needed to run as intended. In good cosmetic condition, however the shell is loose from the frame on the one end. Has knuckle couplers. Glue residue visible. Some rail repairs. Some paint wear/scratches/scuffs. Might require some light cleaning.
