The dummy engine is not powered. Was weathered and looks really nice. The decals were also added by the previous owner, you can see a little bit that there are decals. Has knuckle couplers. Custom paint. The roof of the cab is loose. May have minor scratches/scuffs. Might require some light cleaning.
