Tested and runs great. The directional lights work. Some railing is missing, but a unpainted replacement was found in the box. Comes in an Athearn box, however it isn't the correct box. Cosmetically in decent condition. Includes an unpainted rail. Missing 1 window pane. In nice condition. The shell is a little loose from the frame. Some paint wear/scratches/scuffs. Might require some light cleaning.
