Has damaged/missing parts. There is a blinking end of train device installed. There is an area inside the car for batteries. We could not test this, the batteries in it are corodid. Will need work. Trip pins are cut back. Knuckle couplers installed. Does not include box. May have paint wear/scratches/scuffs. Might require some light cleaning.
