The flat car itself is in nice condition. It is decalled and the decals are flaking off. The Construction Load is metal and some of the wheels are included to be repaired. Missing a coupler/gearbox cover. Knuckle couplers installed. May have paint wear/scratches/scuffs. Might require some light cleaning.
