RETURN POLICY


Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.

 

Repair Services

  • We do not offer repairs at this time.

 


Returns

  • You have 30 days, from the date of purchase, to return or exchange an item(s).
  • Returned items are subject to a 15% service fee.
  • You may return certain products to the manufacturer.
  • Our staff needs to approve all returns and exchanges.
  • Refunds will be issued based on your original method of payment.
  • Returned products must be received in new condition with all instructions and manuals included. Altered items will not be accepted.
  • Please return products in a shipping box.
  • All returned items must be verified by our staff before a credit can be issued.
  • Any shipping charges for returns will be determined on a case to case basis.

 

Damages

  • For any item(s) damaged during shipping, please contact us and retain the damaged shipping box and all contents. Upon submission, processing and receiving the reimbursement for the claim, we will reimburse you for the damaged product(s).
