USED Athearn HO Scale, GP38-2 Diesel Locomotive, Illinois Central #9623 (DC)

Brass Flywheels. Tested and runs good. Needs a new lightbulb. It runs a little slower at max speed than most locomotives. Needs some cleaning. No Box. Some of the rails are missing. See pictures.
